About the owner

Three generations of building experience.

Born and raised in New Hampshire, Tom Randall is a third-generation general contractor. After moving to California in 1986, Tom and his team built JBI Construction around quality, reliability, and personal service.

More than 30 years later, referrals and repeat clients remain the foundation of the business. Tom stays close to each project, listens carefully, and keeps communication open from the first consultation through the final detail.
